These Terms and Conditions govern your use of IdeaRocket services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Definitions

IdeaRocket operates a two-stage service model. Each stage is a standalone service that can be purchased independently, or you can purchase Stage 1 and receive credit toward Stage 2.

1A. Stage 1: Pre-Flight Check Terms

What's Included in the Service

The Pre-Flight Check includes:

• Launch Readiness Score - Assessment of your idea's readiness for launch
• Path Recommendation - Recommended approach for your business concept
• Difficulty Rating - Evaluation of implementation challenges
• Key Success Factors - Critical elements for success
• Timeline & Investment - Estimated timeframe and investment requirements
• Next Action - Recommended immediate steps

Nature of Service

The Pre-Flight Check is a validation assessment service, not professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. Our assessment provides an opinion based on the information you provide and our experience, but cannot guarantee business success or predict specific outcomes.

This is an assessment/opinion, not professional advice. The Pre-Flight Check represents our evaluation based on the information provided, but it is not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information in your questionnaire
• Validating all recommendations with qualified professionals (accountants, solicitors, business advisors)
• Making your own business decisions based on your full circumstances
• Understanding that all business ventures carry inherent risk
• Conducting independent research to verify assessment findings

Credit Policy

Stage 1 customers receive a £47 credit toward Stage 2 (Complete Launch Package). This credit:

• Is valid for 7 days from Pre-Flight Check report delivery
• Is non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another person or business)
• Has no cash alternative (cannot be exchanged for cash or refund)
• Is automatically applied when purchasing Stage 2 within the 7-day validity period

Refund Policy

The £47 Pre-Flight Check fee is non-refundable once your report has been delivered, except in the following circumstances:

• Missing Components: If the report fails to include any of the promised assessment components (Launch Readiness Score, Path Recommendation, Difficulty Rating, Key Success Factors, Timeline & Investment, Next Action), you are entitled to a full refund.
• Non-Delivery: If the report is not delivered within the promised 48-hour timeframe and no revised timeline is provided, you may request a refund.

The Pre-Flight Check fee is non-refundable if you simply do not like the honest assessment provided, disagree with the recommendations, or change your mind about the service after receiving the report.

1B. Stage 2: Complete Launch Package Terms

What's Included in the Service

The Complete Launch Package includes:

• 60-minute AI-powered idea capture session - Facilitated by industry specialist with 15+ years experience
• Business Plan Example Template - Google Doc, 30-40 pages
• Sample Financial Projections - Google Sheets with formulas
• Template Pitch Deck - PowerPoint, 10-15 slides
• 90-Day Guideline Timeline - Google Doc with example tasks
• 30-minute document walkthrough session - Explanation of template structures
• Up to 3 revision rounds - Within 7 days of delivery (see Revision Policy below)

Delivery Timeline

All documentation will be delivered within 72 hours from the completion of your strategy session. If delays occur, you will be notified with a revised timeline.

Nature of Deliverables

All documents provided are templates, frameworks, and examples that require customisation. They are:

• Starting points and structural frameworks for your business
• Based on information captured during your AI-powered idea capture session
• Examples and samples that must be customised with qualified professionals
• NOT finalised, customised plans ready for immediate use
• NOT professional advice or guaranteed business strategies

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Customising all documents with qualified professionals (accountants, solicitors, business advisors)
• Verifying all sample data, assumptions, and projections with independent market research
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for your specific situation
• Never presenting example numbers as your actual projections to investors or lenders
• Updating template documentation as circumstances change
• Making all business decisions independently based on your full circumstances

Revision Policy

Up to 3 revision rounds are included with the Complete Launch Package:

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Email revision requests to contact@idearocket.me with specific changes needed
• 48-hour turnaround per revision
• Revisions cover factual corrections, adjustments to sample assumptions within original scope, formatting improvements, and structural framework enhancements
• Revisions do NOT cover complete scope changes, new information beyond your session content, or customisation for your specific market

Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of the Complete Launch Package service:

• The AI session time is non-refundable once completed
• Custom example template creation is non-refundable once delivered
• Digital delivery means templates cannot be "returned"
• Satisfaction is guaranteed through the revision policy (up to 3 rounds within 7 days)
• Refunds may be considered only if promised components are not delivered within the stated timeframe and no revised timeline is provided

You must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during AI-powered idea capture session
• Understand all deliverables are example templates requiring customisation
• Customise all sample documentation with qualified professionals:
  • Accountant – Review and customise sample financial projections with YOUR actual data
  • Solicitor – Review legal structure sections and ensure compliance for YOUR situation
  • Business advisors – Get strategic input for major decisions
• Verify all sample data, assumptions, and projections with independent market research
• Conduct your own due diligence
• Never present example numbers as YOUR actual projections to investors or lenders
• Update template documentation as circumstances change
• Make all business decisions independently

4. AI-Powered Idea Capture Session Process

• 60-minute AI-powered session via video/phone call
• Facilitated by industry specialist with 15+ years experience
• AI system asks targeted questions to extract comprehensive information about your business concept
• Facilitator role: Ensures thorough information capture; does NOT provide business advice, recommendations, or strategic direction
• Session recorded (with permission) for documentation creation purposes
• 30-minute follow-up document walkthrough session to explain template structures

5. Deliverables & Delivery Timeline

Stage 1: Pre-Flight Check

• Delivery within 48 hours from questionnaire completion
• Comprehensive validation assessment report delivered via email
• Includes: Launch Readiness Score, Path Recommendation, Difficulty Rating, Key Success Factors, Timeline & Investment, Next Action

Stage 2: Complete Launch Package

• Delivery within 72 hours from strategy session completion
• Four editable example documents:
  • Business Plan Example Template (Google Doc, 30-40 pages)
  • Sample Financial Projections (Google Sheets with formulas)
  • Template Pitch Deck (PowerPoint, 10-15 slides)
  • 90-Day Guideline Timeline (Google Doc with example tasks)
• Documents shared via email (Google Drive links)
• All deliverables are examples and starting points requiring customisation

If delays occur for either service, you will be notified with a revised timeline.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Stage 1: Pre-Flight Check - £47
• Stage 2: Complete Launch Package - £295
• Payment via Stripe (secure, encrypted)
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Each stage can be purchased independently
• Stage 1 customers receive £47 credit toward Stage 2 (see Credit Policy below)
• Refund policies apply as specified in Sections 1A and 1B

6A. Credit Policy

IdeaRocket offers a credit system for customers who purchase Stage 1 (Pre-Flight Check) and wish to upgrade to Stage 2 (Complete Launch Package).

Credit Amount

Stage 1 customers receive a £47 credit toward the purchase of Stage 2 (Complete Launch Package). This credit equals the full amount paid for the Pre-Flight Check service.

Credit Validity

The credit is valid for 7 days from the date of Pre-Flight Check report delivery. After this period, the credit expires and cannot be used.

Credit Terms

• Non-transferable: The credit cannot be transferred to another person, business, or entity
• No cash alternative: The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used for any other purpose
• Single use: The credit can only be used once toward a single Stage 2 purchase
• Automatic application: When purchasing Stage 2 within the 7-day validity period, the £47 credit is automatically applied to reduce the Stage 2 price from £295 to £248

How to Use Your Credit

To use your credit:

• Purchase Stage 2 (Complete Launch Package) within 7 days of receiving your Pre-Flight Check report
• The credit will be automatically applied during checkout
• You will pay the discounted price of £248 (instead of £295)
• If you purchase Stage 2 after the 7-day period, the credit expires and you will pay the full £295 price

Credit Expiration

Once the 7-day validity period expires, the credit cannot be reinstated, extended, or used. No exceptions will be made to the 7-day validity period.

7. Revision Policy

Stage 1: Pre-Flight Check

The Pre-Flight Check is a one-time assessment service. Revisions are not included, as the service provides a comprehensive validation assessment based on the information you provide. If you believe your report is missing promised components, please contact us immediately.

Stage 2: Complete Launch Package

Up to 3 revision rounds are included with the Complete Launch Package:

• Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Email requests to contact@idearocket.me with specific changes needed
• 48-hour turnaround per revision

Revisions cover:

• Factual corrections based on your session information
• Adjustments to sample assumptions within original scope
• Formatting improvements
• Additional example details within captured information
• Structural framework enhancements

NOT covered:

• Complete scope changes (different business model than discussed)
• New information beyond your AI session content
• Customisation for your specific market (your responsibility with professionals)
• Requests after 7-day window
• Additional AI sessions (requires new purchase)

8. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our service:

• AI session time is non-refundable
• Custom example template creation is non-refundable
• Digital delivery means templates cannot be "returned"
• Satisfaction guaranteed through revision policy (up to 5 rounds)
• Clients encouraged to ask questions before purchasing

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, all example templates become your property to customise
• You may use, modify, and adapt templates for YOUR business
• You may share YOUR customised versions with investors/partners
• IdeaRocket retains no rights to your final customised content
• You may not resell our example templates as standalone products
• You represent that your business concept does not infringe others' IP
• Portfolio use: With written permission only, we may use anonymised case studies (no client details disclosed)

10. Confidentiality & NDA

• All client information treated as confidential by default
• Mutual NDA available on request (sent within 24 hours of purchase)
• NDA must be signed before AI session proceeds
• We use secure systems (Google Workspace, encrypted storage)

11. Data Retention

• Client data retained for 90 days after delivery
• After 90 days, data deleted unless otherwise agreed
• You can request early deletion by emailing contact@idearocket.me

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid (£47 for Stage 1 or £295 for Stage 2)
• No Consequential Damages: Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or savings
• Business Performance: Not liable for business failure, financial losses, unmet projections, or outcomes from using templates
• Template Customisation: Not liable for how you customise or use example templates
• Third-Party Claims: Not liable for claims from investors, lenders, or partners based on documents derived from our templates
• Professional Decisions: Not liable for decisions made by you or your professional advisors
• Time Limit: Claims must be made within 6 months of service delivery

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdeaRocket, its owners, employees, and specialists from:

• Claims arising from your use, customisation, or misuse of example templates
• False or inaccurate information you provided during AI session
• Your business decisions and their outcomes
• Third-party claims related to YOUR customised versions of templates
• Intellectual property infringement by your business
• Presenting sample numbers as YOUR actual projections without professional review

15. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Present example templates as YOUR finalised, customised plan without professional input
• Use sample financial projections as YOUR actual numbers to investors/lenders
• Claim IdeaRocket endorses, validates, or guarantees your business concept
• Resell or redistribute our example templates as products
• Use our service for illegal purposes
• Misrepresent the nature of our service to third parties

16. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• You provide false information during AI session
• You engage in abusive or threatening behaviour
• You violate these Terms
• You request illegal content
• You misrepresent our example templates as finalised advice

17. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Before AI Session: Cancel for full refund (minus £20 admin fee) if before session
• Consumer Rights: By scheduling your AI session, you waive 14-day cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) as service commences immediately
• Rescheduling: May reschedule session up to 24 hours before scheduled time
• No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice must be rescheduled (no refund)

18. Communication & Support

• Response time: Within 24 hours (business days)
• Revision requests: Within 7 days of delivery for structural changes to examples
• General support: Questions about example template structures only
• We do NOT provide ongoing business advisory or strategic support

19. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Changes posted on this page with "Last Updated" date
• Existing clients governed by Terms at time of purchase
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

20. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with Privacy Policy and any signed NDA, constitute the entire agreement. Supersedes any prior agreements or representations.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governed by laws of England and Wales
• Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales
• Consumers in Scotland/Northern Ireland may have additional statutory rights
